Bimetal Heat Plate Architecture

RevoTHERM® represents a bimetal heat plate architecture within the Revolit thermal architecture framework. The multilayer structure consists of an Active Skin and a Passive Skin.

This architecture combines the corrosion resistance and thermal interface properties of stainless steel with the structural stability of carbon steel. The resulting plate structure provides predictable thermal behaviour and high mechanical robustness.

Thermal Architecture Classification

Within the Revolit thermal architecture framework RevoTHERM® corresponds to Class II – Bimetal Architecture.

More advanced multilayer architectures such as RevoCORE® and RevoDUR® introduce a dedicated Thermal Spine to control heat distribution across the plate.
