RevoLAB® is the sales-ready custom platform for specialized multilayer heat plates, advanced clad systems and application-specific thermal architectures. It extends the standardized Revolit portfolio wherever geometry, conductivity distribution, material pairing or sourced semi-finished products require project-specific engineering.
What RevoLAB® Covers
RevoLAB® covers custom multilayer heat plates beyond standardized serial geometries. Typical projects include tailored conductivity distributions, unusual envelope constraints, special interface requirements, advanced passive-skin concepts and supplier-sourced clad semi-finished products that are further engineered, refined and system-integrated by Revolit.
Custom Thermal Architecture
The multilayer stack typically combines an active functional skin, a configurable thermal spine and a stabilizing passive structural skin. RevoLAB® may use stainless steel, aluminium, copper or supplier-sourced advanced clad materials, depending on process conditions, corrosion, power density and temperature-uniformity targets.
Class V within the Revolit Framework
Within the Revolit thermal architecture framework, RevoLAB® corresponds to Class V – Custom Thermal Architecture. Class V does not mean experimental. It describes project-specific, sales-ready architectures that sit above standardized platform logic and are engineered for defined industrial use cases.
Integration of Sourced High-Tech Clad Materials
RevoLAB® also covers projects in which highly specialized clad semi-finished products from qualified high-tech suppliers are purchased and then further engineered, refined and industrially integrated by Revolit. Revolit is therefore not limited to in-house platform geometries, but can deliberately expand the material and architecture space where application logic or performance targets require it.
