Trimetal Heat Plate Architecture

RevoCORE® represents a trimetal heat plate architecture within the Revolit thermal architecture framework.

The multilayer structure consists of Active Skin, Thermal Spine and Passive Skin.

The central Thermal Spine layer is based on aluminium and provides efficient lateral heat distribution across the plate surface.

Compared with bimetal architectures such as RevoTHERM®, the introduction of a dedicated Thermal Spine significantly improves heat spreading and temperature homogenization.

Thermal Architecture Classification

Within the Revolit Thermal Architecture Framework RevoCORE® corresponds to Class III – Trimetal Architecture.

Higher conductivity architectures such as RevoDUR® replace aluminium with copper in order to achieve maximum thermal conductivity.

Experimental multilayer architectures beyond Class IV are explored within the research platform RevoLAB®.
