Multilayer Heat Plates and Thermal Architecture for Industrial Systems

Revolit develops metallurgically bonded multilayer metal architectures for industrial heat plates, thermal platforms and thermodynamic systems requiring controlled heat spreading and high thermal efficiency.

Based on physical modeling, effective thermal conductivity and power density, Revolit defines scalable multilayer heat plate platforms such as RevoCORE® and RevoDUR® for high-performance industrial thermal systems.

Thermal Architecture of Multilayer Heat Plates

System-based thermal architecture treats multilayer metals not as isolated materials but as functional thermodynamic systems. Performance results from the series thermal resistance of individual layers, effective thermal conductivity and the resulting power density within the complete heat plate system.

Metallurgically bonded multilayer metals enable reproducible heat spreading behavior, stable material interfaces and standardized industrial heat plate geometries. Revolit defines these multilayer heat plate systems through model-based engineering and translates them into scalable industrial platforms such as RevoCORE® and RevoDUR®.
